Consultation and Design
Design is more than drawing lines and shapes. It requires vision and expertise to bring all the various aspects together into a cohesive composition that works. It must be well-crafted and aesthetically pleasing. Our unique online design tools and cutting-edge technology allow you to see your design developed right before your eyes, as we discuss your needs and preferences, from anywhere in the world you are. All you need is a broadband Internet connection and a telephone. If you require a design in Auto CAD or 3D, we do charge a fee for this, depending on the size of the project. We can also e-mail or mail you a hard copy of your design to keep. If you agree on the design and estimate, we can schedule your project to be completed. |

How to Prepare for our Online Meeting |

E-mail us your contact information to set up an online meeting appointment.
Scan your plat (property survey) at a minimum resolution of 300 dpi in GIF format.
Take digital photographs of all the garden and outdoor places you want to remodel.
E-mail scans and digital photographs to us, or send your survey and pictures by regular mail. |

Online Design Meeting
1. We will send you an e-mail invitation to join our online meeting and call you for the speaking portion of the meeting.
2. We will have both computers connected in the meeting, so we can switch back and forth between looking at pictures of your property, while listening to your concerns, needs, and desires. Our sketchpad computer will have your plat design displayed, so our designer can visualize and analyze you property. We can also show you pictures of projects that we have done to give you ideas.
3. We will show you our company screen and allow you to control our mouse pointer, keyboard, and sketching tools. Sketches, notes, and pictures will be helpful at this juncture.
4. As we develop an understanding of your needs and desires, we will sketch and refine design concepts to your plan while we talk. Or if we already have your property design in Auto CAD or 3D, we will explain to you in detail about the renovation and construction of your project. |
